Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to address election rallies in south Bengal, beginning Thursday, as part of his two-day visit to the state. He will reside at the Raj Bhavan in Kolkata on Thursday night and will address rallies in Krishnanagar, Purba Bardhaman, and Bolpur constituencies on Friday. Tight security measures are in place in Kolkata, with regulated traffic movements, as per Kolkata Police. PM Modi will take a helicopter ride from RCTC Ground to reach his rally venues on Friday morning.
