In Uttar Pradesh, Gorakhpur and Phulpur constituencies are voting today for parliamentary seats. Yogi Adityanath voted today morning for the Gorakhpur seat he had vacated on being the Chief Minister of UP.
Yogi had hold this seat for 5 times in a row before vacating it.
In Phulpur, seat was vacated by Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya. This seat was once of Jawaharlal Nehru. That was won by BJP for the first time in 2014.
“Our victory margins will be as big as in 2014,” Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said after casting his vote today.
Bihar is also voting today for one parliamentary and two assembly seats.
